How do I access the service?
Referrals are accepted from professionals and also from families themselves. Professionals wishing to make a referral should complete a UNOCINI form re the young person being referred and send this by post or by email to the relevant manager as outlined below:
It is important to seek the consent of the young person and their parent/guardian before making the referral.
